"Holding Space" refers to the practice of being fully present, open, and supportive for someone as they process their emotions and experiences. It involves creating a safe and non-judgmental environment that allows for healing and growth. The concept has deep roots in African traditions where community and collective healing are central. It embodies the principles of Ubuntu, which emphasizes interconnectedness and mutual care. Our intention is to hold space for our Black men. The UnApoLoGetiCaLLy Black.
