Dr RaShon truly did bring “… a distinctive wholistic approach to Organization Development”. The organization and it’s core staff, were assessed by her using the Enneagram. Her knowledge of situational analysis, strategic planning and systems change best practices, moved us from dsyfunction to efficacy and sustainability. She facilitated both personal and group coaching as well as a series of workshops that she designed for our stakeholders. Our staff and programs now have tools that continue to sustain us as we increase our awareness, our capacity, and our social and emotional intelligence.
